What’s the difference between Wi-Fi & broadband?

Your Zzoomm Full Fibre broadband connection delivers amazing broadband speeds directly to your Zzoomm Hub.

The Zzoomm Hub then takes that connection over the airwaves as a Wi-Fi signal, allowing all your smartphones, laptops, games consoles (even doorbells!), to access the internet wirelessly.

Your Wi-Fi signal strength can vary depending on a lot of factors, so if you’re having trouble, check out the Start Guide that was left with you during your installation or see our Technical Support Page in the Help Centre.
