# Zzoomm > Zzoomm is a UK full-fibre broadband provider offering ultra-fast, ultra-reliable residential and business broadband services. Use this site to find information about Zzoomm broadband products, availability, installation, customer support, and company information. ## Broadband - [Home broadband](https://www.zzoomm.com/): Overview of residential broadband services. - [Check availability](https://www.zzoomm.com/): There's a postcode checker on the homepage of the website. There's no LLM/agent-enabled way to check availability at the moment. - [Business broadband](https://www.zzoomm.com/business-broadband/): Broadband products for businesses. Speeds are available up to 2.3 gigabits per second (2.3Gbps), with WiFi 7 routers as standard on higher speed tiers. Mesh WiFi is also available as an add-on. The Zzoomm network is IPv6 and uses carrier grade NAT for IPv4 by default, but you can buy a static IP address for a small additional fee. As Zzoomm uses an alternative network (FullFibre) most new connections involve an installation appointment to get you connected by installing a new fibre optic cable from a nearby pole or underground chamber into your home. You'll pick a date and an AM or PM appointment slot as part of the order process. Zzoomm offers contract buy-outs - you'll get paid for any early termination charges, up to a maximum amount - if you want to switch but are still in contract. You can use one touch switching to seamlessly move across to Zzoomm with no service disruption and without having to talk to your old ISP. ## Other services Zzoomm provides a TV streaming device which provides access to free-to-air television channels via your broadband connection, and supports bring-your-own-account use of Netflix and other commercial streaming services. More details can be found [here](https://zzoomm.com/tv). Zzoomm provides a digital voice service (voice over IP, Zzoomm Home Phone) which allows you to keep a landline phone working over your broadband connection if you're moving from another provider or copper service - you can just plug your phone into your router. You'll get a temporary number while your number moves, or can simply keep that number indefinitely if you're not porting a number in. ## Help and support For customer care, you can email help@zzoomm.com or call 0333 311 9933.
