Prize draw:

·         Competition is running from 25^th December – 5^th January 2025.

·         Any order placed during the competition period, using the code XMAS12 or 12DAYS, will be entered into the draw

·         Entries offer the chance to win one of 12 different prizes – announced daily during the competition period

·         Winning names will be drawn at random using an online generator

·         Winners will be announced on the 14^th January 2025

·         Entries valid for new customers who order the 500, 1Gig or 2Gig Full Fibre plan

·         We reserve the right to change or withdraw this competition at any time.

·         Prizes are non-transferable and only the prize selected against the winning order will be available to the winner.

·         Not available on 200Mbps plans or any other plan including Business and Dedicated. 

·         No cash alternative.

·         Only one prize and winner per household

·         Employees of Zzoomm Plc are not permitted to enter

·   Not available to use with any other Gift Card promotion that is currently running

Specific prize Terms:

£300 and £500 Gift Cards: 

·         Only available to new customers who order the 500, 1Gig or 2Gig Full Fibre plan via www.zzoomm.com.

·         The winning Gift card details will be emailed to the address on your Zzoomm Account or that you entered with.

·         Gift Card prize will be issued around 45-50 days from receipt of your second DD payment.

·         Brands shown in the Email / SMS communications are demonstrative of the ones available currently but may change.

·         A link to all stores available as part of your prize, will be sent with your gift card if you are selected.

·         If plan is downgraded during the contract, the prize will not be issued. If the prize has already been issued and you then downgrade your plan, the value of the prize maybe added to the next monthly bill. 

FREE Broadband for a Year:

·         Place your order through the normal process before 5^th January 2025

·         If you are drawn as a winner, following completion of your installation, we will give you the first 12 months completely free.

·         At the end of the 12-month period, you can decide the speed most appropriate to you and from then you will commence paying monthly, as per the prices for that package at that date.
