ROUTER UPDATE 23/10/25: We have sent an update to the routers of customers who have been experiencing connectivity or Wi-Fi issues over the last few days. To pick up this update and resolve the issue, please perform a Factory Reset of your router. Use a pin to press and hold the reset button on your router for 15 seconds (this is different to turning the power off and on again). This should get you back on online.
