How does Zzoomm refer a friend work?
How much money can I earn?
Referring friends and family to Zzoomm means you can pocket cash rewards. If your referrals are successful, you can earn up to £75 each for a referral to Zzoomm. You can recommend as many friends as you’d like.
How and when will my friend and I receive our cash reward?
You and your referral will be eligible for the reward at the same time once the following conditions are met:
– New customer is installed for at least 15 days. – New customer has paid their first bill by direct debit, not including account credit or vouchers.
Once eligible, payment is often made from 60 working days.
Our partner aklamio will contact you when the rewards have been confirmed, and both of you can have it paid into your bank account at any time from your referral accounts. Zzoomm reserves the right to include the referral reward in any early termination fees that apply should either the referee or the referral customers terminate their contracts during their minimum contract period. Please refer to clause 3 and 7 of our full Terms and Conditions.
How can I see how many friends I've referred and how many rewards i've earned?
Checking the status of your referrals is easy! Once you sign up, we will send you a unique link to share with your friend. You can see the status of your referrals to your account with Zzoomm’s referral partner Aklamio. We’ll also email you as soon as your referral account is credited from a successful referral.

aklamio takes care of your referrals, advises you on questions related to the Referral Program and pays out your rewards. Registering with aklamio is necessary so that your rewards can be correctly assigned. You can see the status of your referrals at any time by logging in to your Referral Program account. The amount you each earn from your referral is tied to the service your friend orders. The referrer and the referee cannot be the same person.
