Full fibre broadband, also known as FTTP or Fibre to the Premises, uses fibre-optic cable all the way to your home rather than using older copper cable for the final part of the connection.
Is full fibre better than standard fibre broadband?
Full fibre has been designed to support significantly faster speeds and greater capacity than older copper-based broadband connections. That makes it particularly well suited to modern homes with multiple connected devices.
What broadband speed do I need at home?
It depends on how many people and devices use your connection and what they’re doing online. Browsing and occasional streaming need less capacity than a busy household simultaneously gaming, streaming in 4K, working from home and downloading large files.

Standard installation is included when you order Zzoomm home broadband. If your property needs anything outside a standard installation, we’ll let you know.
Does a router come with my broadband?
Yes. A router is included with Zzoomm broadband, with the router technology depending on the package you choose.
Can I keep my home phone number?
Yes. If you use a home phone, Zzoomm can help transfer your existing number to a compatible home phone service over your full fibre connection.
How do I switch broadband providers?
With One Touch Switch, changing broadband provider is much simpler. Your new provider can manage the switch with your existing provider, so you don’t normally need to arrange the cancellation yourself.
