Zzoomm Pink Friday Cashback Promotion – Terms and Conditions

The offer

  1. This promotion runs from 09:00 on 9th November 2026 to 23:59 on 1st December 2026, or until our cashback allocation has been reached, whichever is sooner. We will show a notice on www.zzoomm.com once the allocation has been reached.
  2. This offer is only available to new residential customers who order a Zzoomm Full Fibre 24-month plan on our 1000 Mbps or 2300 Mbps package online at www.zzoomm.com. A new customer is someone who has not held an active Zzoomm or BeFibre account in the 6 months before their order. The offer is not available to existing Zzoomm or BeFibre customers, including those who recontract, upgrade, change their plan or move from BeFibre to Zzoomm. Business orders or orders made through third parties are excluded.
  3. Only one cashback payment is available per household.
  4. No promotional code is needed. Eligible orders placed online during the promotion period will be registered for cashback automatically.
  5. Orders placed after 23:59 on 1st December 2026, or after our cashback allocation has been reached, will not be eligible for cashback.

 

Eligibility for the Pink Friday cashback

  1. To qualify for cashback, your Zzoomm broadband service must have been installed for up to 90 days, you must have paid your bill(s) by Direct Debit, and your 14-day cooling-off period must have ended.
  2. You must not downgrade your plan before the cashback has been paid. If your plan is downgraded before payment, the cashback will not be paid. If the cashback has already been paid and your plan is later downgraded during your minimum contract period, the cashback amount will be added to your next monthly bill.
  3. If you end your contract during your minimum contract period, we reserve the right to add the cashback amount to any early termination charges that apply.

 

Claiming your Pink Friday cashback

This section applies only to the Pink Friday cashback. It does not apply to Contract Buyout payments, which reimburse your previous provider’s early termination fee and are claimed separately, as set out in clause 16.

  1. Zzoomm Plc uses a platform provided by Aklamio GmbH, registered at the District Court of Charlottenburg, Berlin (HRB 135742 B), with its address at Hauptstraße 27-29, Haus 9 (Neubau) Aufgang N, 10827 Berlin, Germany (“Aklamio”), to process cashback claims and payments. Aklamio does not run this promotion and does not decide who is eligible. When you claim, you will be asked to accept Aklamio’s General Terms and Conditions for users (https://static.aklamio.com/legal/terms.html?lang=en), which also apply to your cashback.
  2. Once we have confirmed that you are eligible, Aklamio will email you a link to claim your cashback. The email is sent to your email address on your Zzoomm customer account and cannot be sent to any other email address or through any other channel.
  3. To set up your claim, we will share your name and email address with Aklamio. When you claim, you will provide your payment details directly to Aklamio. You can choose to receive your cashback by UK bank transfer or via PayPal. Aklamio is the data controller of any additional information you provide to it when you claim your cashback, including your payment details, and will use that information in accordance with its privacy policy.   4. You must claim your cashback, by logging in to your Aklamio account and providing valid bank details, within 12 months of the date your cashback is confirmed. After this, the cashback will expire and can no longer be claimed.
  5. Please add no-reply@aklamio.com to your safe senders list. You are responsible for checking your inbox, including spam and junk folders. Neither Aklamio nor Zzoomm Plc is responsible for a claim email that is not delivered because of: (a) an incorrect email address provided by you; (b) spam filters or security settings; (c) technical problems or outages at your email provider; (d) a full inbox; or (e) any other cause beyond their reasonable control.
  6. Neither Aklamio nor Zzoomm Plc is responsible for payments delayed or lost because of incorrect bank details you provided.
  7. Using this offer with Contract Buyout

  1. (a) This offer can be used together with our Existing Contract Buyout scheme, subject to the Existing Contract Buyout Terms and Conditions [LINK TO BE ADDED]. It cannot be used with any other promotional offer or scheme, including our Refer a Friend scheme.

(b) The Pink Friday cashback and the Existing Contract Buyout are separate offers with separate claim processes.

To receive a Contract Buyout payment, you must register on the day of your order by generating a claim form on our Contract Buyout page at www.zzoomm.com/contract-buyout. You then have up to 90 days from registration to complete your claim by uploading your final bill from your previous provider showing the early termination fee.

(c) The Contract Buyout amount depends on the package you choose, and the early termination fee your previous provider charges. We will reimburse that fee up to a maximum of £200 on our 24-month 2300 Mbps plan or £150 on our 24-month 1000 Mbps plan. Your Pink Friday cashback is claimed separately, as set out in clauses 9 to 15, and the two payments may be made at different times.

 

General

  1. We may refuse or reclaim cashback if we reasonably believe this offer has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
  2. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time.
