We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to find the terms and conditions for your service with us.

These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide our broadband service to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

The terms and conditions on which we supply our broadband service to you will differ according to the package you have taken.

Home broadband plans ​

  1. Zzoomm Home broadband, for all customers whose 12-month contracts started before 15 February 2023
  2. Zzoomm Home broadband, for all customers whose 24-month contracts started between 4 April 2022 and 15 February 2023
  3. Zzoomm Home broadband, for all customers whose 12-month contracts started between 16 February 2023 and 20 June 2023
  4. Zzoomm Home broadband, for all customers whose 12-month contracts started between 21 June 2023 and 31 January 2024
  5. Zzoomm Home broadband, for all customers whose 12-month contracts started on or after 1 February 2024

Occasionally Zzoomm will run special offers, promotion and other discounts to reward existing customer or acquire new customers.  Should these offers be available, customers will be able to find the appropriate terms and conditions in our pricing & offers terms.  Typically special offers, promotions and other similar discounts are unavailable in conjunction with other offers. We reserve the right to change or withdraw Zzoomm offers at any point.

Website users who check their postcode and complete or part-complete the online buying journey should familiarise themselves with the Zzoomm privacy policy.

Enjoy Red Hot Summer Broadband Mailer July 2024 – Mistake in copy

Our mailer which you may have received in July 2024 contained a mistake which suggested incorrect savings on our 500 Full Fibre broadband product. The typo which stated ‘save £200’ was meant to say ‘Save £120’ which was the current offer running at the time of sending.

 

We apologise and have made clear the correct level of savings on our website homepage and throughout the order journey.

Applies to all new customer orders with a Tadcaster postcode

Offer available from 23 May 2024 to 31 January 2025

Offer applicable to Zzoomm residential 12-month contracts on the 500 Full Fibre, 1Gig Full Fibre and 2Gig Full Fibre plans.

Code generates £50 donated to Tadcaster Albion AFC only in support of connecting the club to the Zzoomm network. Not claimable by the customer, plus £50 Amazon Gift Card for the customer

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or scheme including Refer a Friend by Aklamio.

Amazon Gift card will be delivered 45 days from second payment and will appear in your email inbox as sent from “gc-orders@gc.email.amazon.co.uk“ – please check  your junk mail before chasing a late Amazon Gift Card.

 No cash alternative. 

 Only one Amazon Gift Card per household 

 In the event an order is cancelled within the minimum term, and the Amazon Gift card has been issued, then the  value of the Amazon Gift Card will be added to any termination costs. See section 7.14 Early Termination Charges of your contract.
