How do I make a complaint?  

We’re committed to delivering great service, but if something’s not right, we want to fix it.  To make a complaint, please include the following details:  

  • Your name (and account holder name, if different)  
  • Your Zzoomm service address 
  • Your preferred contact number
  • A summary of the issue  
  • What resolution you’re hoping for  

Email your complaint to help@zzoomm.com. Your case will be escalated to our Care Management Team, who will review it and get back to you within 5 working days. We’ll always do our best to resolve things quickly and fairly
