Need to reschedule your Zzoomm Full Fibre installation? No problem! You can easily update your install date using one of the options below.
1. Use the link in your confirmation email or text
When you booked your installation, we sent a confirmation email and text message containing a link to reschedule your installation slot. Simply click the link and select a new date that works for you.
2. Log in to the Zzoomm customer portal
If you can’t find the email or text, you can still managed your installation through the Zzoomm customer portal.
Once logged in, navigate to your appointment details and choose a new available date.
