To ensure smooth, uninterrupted service, we remind you that your account must always have a direct debit for automatic payment collection, as per our T&Cs. Setting up or re-entering your Direct Debit is easy and can be done via our online customers portal which you can access here or by clicking the person icon on the menu.
Never logged into the customer portal before? Just enter the email address you used to order and click ‘forgot password’ to set up an account.
