What happens if I move house in an area you don’t provide?

If you’re moving home and your new address is outside of Zzoomm’s network, you’ll need to cancel your service. Early termination charges may apply. To cancel your service, please give us a call on 0333 311 9933.

Moving somewhere we do serve? You can transfer your service without penalty, but this will start a new contract term, and installation charges may apply.
