Connecting your home to the Zzoomm network is easy, we just need to send an engineer or two to your property to do the work. Our free expert set up is worth a whopping £650 and typically takes less than 2-hours. Below is a video on what to expect when we arrive to install Zzoomm via existing infrastructure.
If we’re installing Zzoomm via existing infrastructure, we’ll use a box already attached to your property. This is a fairly straightforward installation but does require a survey first, just to make sure that the existing box and infrastructure at your property that we’ll be utilising is in tip top condition for us to use. Whilst 99% of these installations go smoothly, we recommend that you do not cancel your existing broadband connection before the installation is complete, just in case something isn’t right, and it requires rectification before we can connect you to Full Fibre.
