What is the switching process?

There are two ways to switch your broadband to Zzoomm:

Option 1: One Touch Switching (OTS) – The simplest way! We handle everything, and you don’t need to contact your current provider.

Option 2: Classic Switching – If your provider doesn’t support OTS, you’ll need to arrange cancellation and installation dates yourself.

Note: If you’re in a contract with your current provider, you may face early termination charges. However, many customers find the switch worth it for faster speeds and better pricing!

How does One Touch Switching work?

One Touch Switching (OTS) makes changing broadband providers fast, simple, and hassle-free.

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose your Zzoomm package and place your order, confirming you wish to use OTS.
2. We contact your current provider to start the switch. They’ll inform you of any early exit fees.
3. We coordinate the entire switchover – your install date is your start date, we notify your provider, so you don’t have to.
4. We install and activate your Zzoomm service. Once live, your old provider will cancel your contract and send a final bill.
