How do I access my Wi-Fi Hub online?

To access your Wi-Fi Hub Settings, all you need to do is:

  1. Open a browser on any device connected to the Wi-Fi Hub.
  2. Go to 192.168.7.1
  3. Use the username “admin” and the password found on the back of the Wi-Fi Hub to log in.

Wi-Fi 5 vs Wi-Fi 6
Wi-Fi 5 or Wi-Fi 6 determines the maximum speeds your Wi-Fi Hub, and devices, are capable of achieving – The bigger the number the better! Here’s a quick breakdown:

Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac)
• Max speed around 450Mbps.
• Good performance for various online activities.
• Speeds may vary based on interference and distance from the router.
Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax)
• Max speed around 600 – 700Mbps – If you’re on our 1Gig service, you’ll need Wi-Fi 6 compatible devices to get the most from your service.
• Improved performance, especially in crowded networks. interference and distance from the Wi-Fi Hub.
• Better handling of multiple connected devices at the same time.
• Offers more consistent performance in challenging environments.
• Most flagship mobile phones from the last few years are Wi-Fi 6 enabled.
