😖 Ethernet Troubles? Let’s Fix That!
We totally get how frustrating it can be when things don’t work like they should. But before you call us, give these quick fixes a try to see if it’s something simple:
Check your cables
Ensure everything’s plugged in properly, including the Ethernet cable between your Zzoomm Hub and device.
Reboot your Hub
A quick power-off and on might work wonders (remember, don’t mess with your Fibre Connection Box!).
Test another device
Is it your device or the connection? Test with another device to rule that out.
