What is the switching process?

There isn’t one because our network is completely separate from other providers. So, you just need to make sure you time your cancellation to coincide with the installation of our new service.

For a little extra context, we install our Full Fibre broadband in areas where there aren’t any other Full Fibre services available, independent of other networks like BT Openreach or City Fibre.

That’s means there’s no traditional “switching” or migration process, as our customers can have their old Broadband active as long as necessary, being entirely separate from their new Zzoomm Full Fibre broadband service.
