Prize draw: 

  • Competition is running from 25th May – 1st June 2025 
  • To enter, valid contact details need to be supplied (these will be used to contact you if you win) 
  • The competition is open to anyone living in an area where Zzoomm have built the Full Fibre broadband network 
  • Any entries where the network isn’t available will not be entered into the competition 
  • The Winner will be drawn at random using an online generator on Monday 9th June 2025 
  • The Winner will be contacted within 7 workings days of the draw date 
  • The winner will be contacted by email (if it isn’t possible to make contact via email they will be contacted by telephone) If no contact can be made within 7 working days, a new winner will be drawn 
  • Only one prize of 12 months Free is being offered as part of this competition 
  • We reserve the right to change or withdraw this competition at any time. 
  • The prize is non-transferable  
  • No cash alternative 
  • Only one entry per household address 
  • Employees of Zzoomm Plc are not permitted to enter 
  • Current Zzoomm customers can enter and if drawn as a winner will have the next 12 months at no cost – if the current contracted plan is less than 1Gig the plan will also be upgraded to that 
  • No purchase necessary 
  • To enter supply name, address, telephone No and email address via https://forms.office.com/e/b3wSUkksti  (Entries can also be made via a postcard to: Competition, Zzoomm HQ, Fountain House, John Smith Drive, Oxford. OX4 2JY) 
  • The winner will win the 1Gig Full Fibre Plan free for 12 months from the date of successful installation (please note a survey may be needed before installation) 
  • At the end of the 12-month period, the winner can decide the speed most appropriate and will then commence paying monthly, as per the price for the chosen plan at that date, or can chose to cancel their contract at that point
