Gift vouchers for new customers

If you signed up for Zzoomm during a promotional offer that included a gift voucher, here’s what you need to know:

When will I receive my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are issued 50 days after your second Direct Debit payment has been taken.

Where will my voucher be sent?
Your voucher will be emailed to the address you provided when placing your order.

Can I use my voucher with other offers?
No, gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, such as Refer a Friend

What is I still haven’t received my voucher?
If it has been more than 50 days since your second Direct Debit payment, please contact our team via email help@zzoomm.com

Refer a Friend Rewards

Refer a Friend is managed by Alklamio, not Zzoomm.

How do I qualify?
The order must be placed via the referrers unique referral link. This cannot be applied after the order is placed.

When will I receive my reward?
The referrer and new customer payments are issued 50 days after second Direct Debit payment is taken.
