Gift vouchers for new customers
If you signed up for Zzoomm during a promotional offer that included a gift voucher, here’s what you need to know:
When will I receive my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are issued 50 days after your second Direct Debit payment has been taken.
Where will my voucher be sent?
Your voucher will be emailed to the address you provided when placing your order.
Can I use my voucher with other offers?
No, gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, such as Refer a Friend
What is I still haven’t received my voucher?
If it has been more than 50 days since your second Direct Debit payment, please contact our team via email help@zzoomm.com

Refer a Friend Rewards
Refer a Friend is managed by Alklamio, not Zzoomm.
How do I qualify?
You and your referral will be eligible for the reward at the same time once the following conditions are met:
- – Both customers are Installed for at least 15 days.
- – Both customers have paid their first bill by direct debit, not including account credit or vouchers.
- – The email addresses for the referrer and referral’s Zzoomm & Aklamio accounts each match.
When will I receive my reward?
Once eligible, payment is often made from 60 working days.
Our partner Aklamio will contact you when the rewards have been confirmed, and both of you can have it paid into your bank account at any time from your referral accounts. Zzoomm reserves the right to include the referral reward in any early termination fees that apply should either the referee or the referral customers terminate their contracts during their minimum contract period. Please refer to clause 3 and 7 of our full Terms and Conditions.
