Yes, you can! Just know that it might be a bit trickier than using our Zzoomm Hub, and we may not be able to fix any technical issues if they come up.
While we can’t guarantee that every router out there will work seamlessly with our service, many of our customers do use their own routers without any issues.
However, since it’s not our equipment, we won’t be able to connect, set it up, or troubleshoot beyond the Fibre Connection Box.
When you set up your own router, please select DHCP or Dynamic IP as the connection type. Please note that if your Zzoomm connection is damaged whilst you install your own equipment and a home visit is required to fix the connection, this will be chargeable.
If you initially asked us not to install the Zzoomm Hub, don’t worry—we can install it for you later, but please note that this second visit will be chargeable.
