Eligibility

1. e-Gift Cards are only available to new customers who order an eligible Zzoomm 24 month plan via comparison websites using the above URLs.
2. The promotional code must be entered at checkout to qualify. Orders placed without a valid promo code will not be eligible for the e-Gift Card.
3. GIFT50 applies to the 200 and 500 plans only. GIFT75 applies to the 1000 and 2300 plans only.
4. The offer is only applicable between 1st June 2026 and 30th June 2026 (inclusive).

Terms & Conditions

5. Not available on any 30 day rolling plan, 12 month plans or any other plan including Business and Dedicated.
6. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or scheme, including Refer a Friend, delivered by Aklamio.
7. Runa E-Gift Card is only sent via email and will be sent to the email address on your Zzoomm customer account. It cannot be sent to any other email address or via any other channel.
8. Retailers shown in promotions are demonstrative of the ones available currently but may change. A link to all retailers available will be sent with your gift card if you are eligible.
9. Runa E-Gift Card will be delivered around 60 days from second bill payment and will appear in your email inbox as sent from noreply@mail.runa.io – please check your junk mail before chasing a late Runa Gift Card.
10. Zzoomm Plc accept no responsibility for incorrectly entered email addresses, full inboxes or non-acceptance of the Runa E-Gift Card email.
11. No cash alternative.
12. Only one E-Gift Card offer per household.
13. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time.
14. If plan is downgraded during the contract, the value of the Runa Gift Card will not be issued. If the gift card has already been issued and a plan downgrades then the value of the gift card will be added to the next monthly bill.
