1. 1. Only available to new residential customers when confirmed at point of sale between 13th and 19th April 2026. 
   2. Runa E-Gift card is only sent via email and will be sent to the email address on your Zzoomm customer account. It cannot be sent to any other email address or via any other channel.  
   3. Retailers shown in promotions are demonstrative of the ones available currently but may change, a link to all retailers available will be sent with your gift card if you are eligible. 
   4. Runa E-Gift card will be delivered around 45 – 50 days from the second bill payment and will appear in your email inbox as sent from  noreply@mail.runa.io – please check your junk mail before chasing a late Runa Gift Card. 
   5. Zzoomm Plc accept no responsibility for incorrectly entered email addresses, full inboxes or non-acceptance of the Runa E-Gift Card email. 
   6. No cash alternative.  
   7. Only one E-Gift Card offer per household. 
   8. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time.  
   9. If plan is downgraded during the contract, the value of the Runa Gift Card will not be issued. If the gift card has already been issued and a plan downgrades then the value of the gift card will be added to the next monthly bill.
