The Zzoomm Black Friday Half-Price Promotion (the “Offer”) entitles eligible new customers to receive a half-price discount on their broadband service for a limited number of months, depending on the selected package.
This Offer is available exclusively to new residential customers who sign up for an eligible 18-month package between Monday 17 November 2025 and Wednesday 3 December 2025 (inclusive).

The half-price discount applies for the stated duration, after which the full standard monthly price will apply for the remainder of the 18-month term.
2. Eligibility
- The Offer is only available to new residential customers of Zzoomm aged 18 or over.
- Customers must reside in a Zzoomm serviceable area and successfully activate their broadband service on one of the eligible 18-month packages.
- Customers must sign up via the Zzoomm website or an approved sales channel during the Offer Period.
- The Offer is limited to one per household.
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Offer Period
- Valid from 00:00 on Monday 17 November 2025 to 23:59 on Wednesday 3 December 2025.
- Customers must complete their sign-up within this period to be eligible.
- Installations and activations may occur after the Offer Period ends.
- Zzoomm reserves the right to close the Offer early if capacity is reached.
4. How the Offer Works
- Eligible customers will automatically receive a half-price discount on their broadband subscription for the applicable number of months:
- 200 Full Fibre: Half price for 3 months (£12/month), then £24/month
- 500 Full Fibre: Half price for 3 months (£13.50/month), then £27/month
- 1000 Full Fibre: Half price for 4 months (£16/month), then £32/month
- 2000 Full Fibre: Half price for 6 months (£24.50/month), then £49/month
- The discount will be reflected in the customer’s monthly bill during the half-price period.
- The standard monthly rate will apply after the discount period for the remainder of the 18-month contract.
5. Conditions of Use
- Customers must set up a valid direct debit during sign-up.
- If the broadband service is cancelled before the end of the 18-month term, Zzoomm reserves the right to reclaim the value of the half-price discount via a final bill adjustment.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Zzoomm promotion, unless explicitly stated.
- Customers must ensure their payment details are valid and up-to-date for the duration of the contract.
6. General Terms
- Zzoomm reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice.
- Zzoomm is not responsible for technical issues, order delays or failed sign-ups that impact Offer eligibility.
- Fraudulent, incomplete or duplicate orders will not qualify for the Offer.
- Zzoomm reserves the right to verify eligibility and withdraw the Offer if any misuse is suspected.

8. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
