If they don’t, we’ll help guide you through a simple manual switch. If you’re in contract elsewhere, early exit fees may apply, but many customers find the move worth it for faster speeds and fairer pricing.
What is One Touch Switch?
One Touch Switching (OTS) is the easiest way to move your broadband to Zzoomm. You place your order, choose OTS, and we do the rest. Including contacting your current provider and coordinating the switch. Your Zzoomm connection goes live first, then your old service is cancelled automatically. No downtime. No cancellation calls. Just a smoother way to switch.
