This offer is only available to new customers who select a Zzoomm Full Fibre 24-month plan via www.zzoomm.com between 18th September 2026 and 21st September 2026 at 23:59.
The associated coupon code must be entered as part of the order process. Orders received without a valid code will not be eligible for the voucher. If ordering by telephone, you must notify the Telesales agent before the order is placed, to ensure the offer is applied correctly.
Orders placed after 21st September 2026 at 23:59 will not be eligible for the e-gift card, even if a valid code has been entered.
The value of the e-gift card depends on the order in which eligible orders are received: orders for speed 2,300Mbps are eligible to receive a £75 e-gift card, speeds of 1,000Mbps are eligible to each receive a £50 e-gift card, speeds of 500Mbps are eligible to each receive a £25 e-gift card. Orders at slower speeds are not eligible.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or scheme, including Refer a Friend, delivered by Aklamio.
The e-gift voucher will be sent by email, to the email address held on your Zzoomm customer account. It cannot be sent to any other email address or via any other channel.
The retailers available to redeem your e-gift card against may vary; full details of participating retailers will be provided at the point your e-gift card is issued. If an e-card is not available at the time of redemption, the customer will receive a payment into their account for the value of the voucher.
The e-gift card will be issued once you have made three consecutive monthly bill payments as a Zzoomm customer. Please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us about a late e-gift card.
Zzoomm Plc accepts no responsibility for incorrectly entered email addresses, full inboxes, or non-receipt of the e-gift card email for any other reason.

If your plan is downgraded during your contract before the e-gift card has been issued, the e-gift card will not be issued. If the e-gift card has already been issued and your plan is subsequently downgraded, the value of the e-gift card will be added to your next monthly bill.
