The associated voucher code: ZZOOMMING10 must be entered as part of the order process. Orders received without a valid code will not be eligible for the voucher.
Orders placed after 6th November 2026 at 23:59 will not be eligible for the Amazon voucher, even if a valid code has been entered.
The value of the e-gift card depends on the order in which eligible orders are received: £90 Amazon voucher on our 1000 Mbps plan, £110 Amazon voucher on our 2300 Mbps plan.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or scheme, including Refer a Friend, delivered by Aklamio.
The Amazon voucher will be sent by email, to the email address held on your Zzoomm customer account. It cannot be sent to any other email address or via any other channel.
Zzoomm Plc accepts no responsibility for incorrectly entered email addresses, full inboxes, or non-receipt of the e-gift card email for any other reason.
To qualify, your Zzoomm service must be installed and you must have paid your bills by Direct Debit for 90 days after installation.
CLAIMING YOUR GIFT CARD
1.1 Zzoomm Ltd uses a platform provided by Avinity Limited (company number 12834467), whose registered office is at Unit 7 Treadaway Tech Centre, Treadaway Hill, Loudwater, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP10 9RS (“Avinity”), to send claim emails and deliver Amazon.co.uk Gift Card codes. Avinity does not run this promotion and does not decide who is eligible.
1.2 To deliver your Gift Card, we will share your name and email address with Avinity. Avinity will use this information only to deliver your Gift Card, acting on our behalf.
1.3 Once we have confirmed that you are eligible, you will receive an email from noreply@redeemacode.com. Please add this address to your safe senders list.
1.4 The email will contain a secure link. Click the link to claim and view your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card code.
1.5 You must claim your Gift Card within 90 days of the date the email is sent. After this, the link will expire and the Gift Card can no longer be claimed.
1.6 Once you have claimed your Gift Card, please keep the code safe. Neither Avinity nor Zzoomm Ltd can replace a code that is lost, stolen or used without your permission after it has been claimed.
1.7 You are responsible for checking your inbox, including spam and junk folders. Neither Avinity nor Zzoomm Ltd is responsible for a claim email that is not delivered because of:
a) an incorrect email address provided by you;
b) spam filters or security settings;
c) technical problems or outages at your email provider;
d) a full inbox; or
e) any other cause beyond their reasonable control.

If your plan is downgraded during your contract before the e-gift card has been issued, the e-gift card will not be issued. If the e-gift card has already been issued and your plan is subsequently downgraded, the value of the e-gift card will be added to your next monthly bill.
