The Reboot: Your Wi-Fi Hub

What’s a Reboot?


Rebooting your Zzoomm Hub is the first thing to try if you’re having any issues. Important: Do NOT reboot your Fibre Connection Box unless a Zzoomm team member tells you to. Keep it to your Zzoomm Hub for now!

When Should You Reboot?


Try rebooting if you’ve had:

  • A power outage
  • Speed drops or laggy moments
  • Wi-Fi coverage problems
  • Or anything else that’s slowing you down!

How to Reboot Your Zzoomm Hub:

  1. Switch off your Zzoomm Hub at the plug for 30 seconds.
  2. Switch it back on and give it a moment to fire back up.
  3. Check connections: Make sure everything’s plugged in properly, especially that Ethernet cable between the Fibre Connection Box and your Zzoomm Hub.

Once it’s back up, you should be good to go!
