Zzoomm announce first connected customers in Tadcaster, Yorkshire

Zzoomm, the challenger Full Fibre broadband provider – has announced the connection of their first customers in Tadcaster, Yorkshire. This comes a week after announcing their first customer in Richmond, Yorkshire as Zzoomm continue to successfully expand their Full Fibre broadband network across the county.

Commenting on the latest updates from Zzoomm, Zzoomm’s Chief Commercial Officer Chris Collinson said:

“Tadcaster residents and businesses are already benefitting from our investment in gigafast, future-ready Full Fibre broadband. We’re welcoming more customers to our Tadcaster network every day, looking to experience the ‘Excellent’ Trustpilot rated broadband we provide.”

In October 2022, Full Fibre broadband provider -Zzoomm  announced it was making a substantial investment in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire. Today, Zzoomm have confirmed that the investment of £1.25 million is on track and they have started to acquire and install their first customers.

Joining, nearby towns Sherburn in Elmet, Thirsk, and Easingwold, Tadcaster is now becoming part of digitally inclusive towns in the area as Zzoomm’s Full Fibre broadband network expands across Yorkshire.

Chris Collinson, Zzoomm’s Chief Commercial Officer commented:

“There is more positive impact in the community over the weeks and years to come as we complete the network build and beyond. We look forward to welcoming more customers to our network; who will experience the most reliable broadband in town. We’re proud to have made this investment and we look forward to seeing the positive impact in the community in the years to come.”

Zzoomm started the build of their network in Tadcaster in April 2023 and hope to be completed in June 2023.
